A Tanzanian Colombo Plan student

Mwatumn Mtengeti, a Colombo Plan student from Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, is shown a patu (Māori club) by Mrs J. Carlyon (left) at the National Publicity Studios, Wellington, in 1968.
