Stabilising a chimney

The first major Canterbury earthquake of September 2010 caused many brick chimneys in and around Christchurch to topple. These two Canterbury civil-defence personnel are stabilising a chimney that was damaged but not destroyed. The September 2010 earthquake caused widespread damage but no deaths, unlike the second devastating earthquake of February 2011.
