CIRCUIT symposium

Mark Williams speaks at a symposium, Locating the Practice, which was presented by CIRCUIT in 2014. CIRCUIT Artist Film and Video Aotearoa New Zealand was initiated by Mark Williams and set up with funding from Creative New Zealand in 2012. It supports New Zealand artists who work in the moving image medium by distributing their work, and conducting critical review and research. CIRCUIT has a website (www.circuit.org.nz) which streams over 400 videos by New Zealand artists.
