The Auckland Medical Research Foundation Medical Sciences Learning Centre is part of the University of Auckland's Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences. The foundation funded the centre, which was opened in 2005 by prime minister Helen Clark, to mark its 50th anniversary. The centre houses the university's pathology and radiology collections. It is used by undergraduates in medicine, science and nursing from the University of Auckland and other tertiary education institutions as well as registrars in pathology and radiology.
